Welcome to Gasion Airtec Pvt. Ltd, where we specialize in providing top-quality fine bubble diffusers for aeration and oxygenation needs. Our fine bubble diffusers are designed to deliver exceptional performance and efficiency in various applications, including wastewater treatment plants, aquaculture systems, and industrial processes.
What sets our Fine Bubble Diffusers apart is their innovative design, engineered to produce a high volume of small bubbles that maximize the surface area for oxygen transfer. This results in superior oxygenation of water bodies, promoting the growth of beneficial microorganisms and enhancing overall water quality.
Efficient Oxygen Transfer: Fine bubble diffusers create a large surface area for oxygen transfer into water. This increased surface area allows for more efficient oxygenation of water bodies, which is crucial for the survival of aquatic organisms and the overall health of aquatic ecosystems.
Water Quality Improvement: Adequate oxygen levels in water are essential for maintaining water quality. Fine bubble diffusers help improve water quality by increasing dissolved oxygen levels, which can prevent the buildup of harmful pollutants, reduce odors, and promote the growth of beneficial bacteria that aid in the decomposition of organic matter.
Wastewater Treatment: In wastewater treatment plants, fine bubble diffusers play a vital role in the aeration process. By aerating wastewater, these diffusers facilitate the growth of aerobic bacteria that break down organic pollutants, making the water safer to discharge into the environment or reuse for irrigation purposes.
The Gasion hydrodynamic mixers are constructed of engineering plastics and can be used as high volume air diffusers. Compressed air enters at the bottom of the diffuser assembly through an ejector device creating vacuum which draws in large amount of water through the aerator body. The water and air mixture gets mixed thoroughly in a vane type arrangement and then the air is fractured into micro bubbles in a set of mushroom type bubble breaker device which forcibly dissolve oxygen into water. Circulating flows are formed by powerful upward air flows which evenly churn the entire tank resulting in high agitation and oxygen transfer. Volume of activated sludge sucked into the aerator is about 1.3 times than the air supplied because of strong negative pressure created in the ejector assembly.Air discharge opening is about 30mm and so operated without any clogging issues even in liquid with large particles.
Technical comparison proves the superiority of hydrodynamic aerators more durable, more efficient and easy installation

Size of the bubbles can drastically influence the oxygen transfer efficiency in the aeration system.
Gasion hydrodynamic aerators are constructed of multiple injected moulded parts assembled together to form an high performance aerator. Each of the part is carefully designed, connected aligned to provide a durable structure which should last many years.Supplied as an unit which can be readily used in the aeration tanks.
Conventional rubber diffusers slowly decreases in OTR as it clogs and need periodical cleaning and downtimes. It needs complete replacement in less than 2 years in most cases. Gasion hydrodynamic aerator OTR remains the same through out its lifetime .
Gasion hydronamic diffusers have an air flow rate capabilities of more than 100 cum/hr per unit against 10 cum /hr of tube diffusers and 5 cum/hr of disc diffusers. One Gasion diffuser can replace 10 tube diffuser or 20 disc diffuser which reduces piping complications for Air grid drastically.
